Damir Domazet brings considerable industry and international experience to Revelstoke Partners, having worked for over 18 years in the manufacturing sector both in Canada and abroad. Damir has extensive experience in turnarounds having successfully completed numerous restructuring assignments throughout North America and Europe acting mainly as a senior executive for each company. With a varied and diverse experience, Damir has served both stand alone and multi-national companies with revenues ranging from $25 million to $400 million.

Prior to founding Revelstoke Partners, Damir was a partner at a large accounting firm responsible for a successful operational restructuring practice offering. He has worked on behalf of both companies and lenders in developing and executing restructuring strategies.

Damir received his Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from University of Western Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Alain Wilson is a founding partner of Revelstoke Partners Inc. His career in consulting spans more than 15 years beginning in 1986 when he joined the London office of Strategic Planning Associates (SPA). SPA subsequently became Mercer Management Consulting, and in 1991 he became a founding partner in the firm's Toronto office and was instrumental in growing the office to more than 50 people. During this time, Alain was elected a Vice President and senior partner at Mercer and was appointed Toronto Office Head.

Alain has extensive experience in repositioning, restructuring and business turnarounds, working in more than a dozen different industries in North America, Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, Alain worked in international banking for National Westminster Bank. This included time in Special Loans, where he acted as the lead bank in a workout of a major international farm equipment manufacturer.

Alain has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University and a Masters of Business Administration from IMD in Switzerland.
